The AI audit has six steps: a short questionnaire, a walkthrough of your daily work, finding bottlenecks, choosing AI use cases, building the first templates and a 30-day plan. Duration: 2 hours.

- Finding bottlenecks and repeated tasks. We look for the places where the same work repeats week after week.
- Choosing AI use cases. We pick 3–5 places where AI clearly helps you.
- Building the first templates. Together we create the first ready templates so you can start right away.
- 30-day plan. You get a clear plan of what to try first and how to continue.
