I am Väinö, the person behind Digilapio. I am especially interested in the point where technology stops being a fancy word and starts saving time, clarifying work or bringing more customers. My background combines hands-on technical work, an understanding of operational daily life, business development and practical problem solving.
What I do and why
There is one person behind Digilapio. That means the same person understands the need, designs the solution and does the work. No sales team, no layers of process, no vanishing act.
I do not sell AI for its own sake. I look for the places where it really helps. If the best solution is something other than AI, I will say so. The goal is not to make your business dependent on Digilapio, but to give you tools and understanding you can also use yourself.
How I work
- First we look at what really happens in your business. Only then do we decide whether you need AI, a tool, a website or something else.
- A practical start. Not a generic course, but an audit of your business and concrete use cases.
- In plain language. I use modern AI and development tools, but for the customer they show up as faster work and clearer solutions.
- No lock-in. Tools and guides are made so that you can use them yourself too.
- Direct contact. I answer messages myself, design the solutions and do the work.
